This tour provides a comprehensive overview of the city. Barcelona is the 12th-most-visited city in the world and 4th most visited in Europe after London, Paris and Rome. It is in addition the most popular tourist destination in Spain. You will have a chance to admire its main monuments and landmarks, such as Plaza de España, and on to Psg. de Gracia, to see one of the most representative Art Nouveau ensemble (Batlló, Lleó i Morera, Amatller and Milà Houses). Next is the visit to the Sagrada Familia, one of the most peculiar and admired pieces in Art History. The construction of the Cathedral started in 1882, but its creator, Gaudi, took over in 1883, transforming the project with his architectural and engineering style — combining Gothic and curvilinear with Art Nouveau. From there we will be driving down to the Sea front (Olympic Port and Village). Next visit starts from la Barceloneta district to the Gothic Quarter, with its Cathedral and up to Catalunya Square, the very heart of town.
